One Small Step

Feeling demotivated, a little scared?

Take a small step every day in the direction of your dreams. If you try to leap too far too quickly you’ll miss the important part, the journey!

You will miss out on all the essential building blocks that give you confidence and motivate you to continue.

Set yourself small achievable tasks and focus on those.  Don’t look too far ahead as it can look scary and unachievable.

Be bold, be brave and if you feel scared keep pushing through, work through the scary stuff.

Give yourself five minutes every day, maybe before going to sleep, to close your eyes and visualise yourself achieving your goal.

Hold your nerve, stay focused and don’t entertain doubt.

You can do it, you are more than you imagine yourself to be!
