I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) the number one choice for NHS practices and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness, Counselling and Clinical CBT-Hypnotherapy (combining practices of CBT which are reinforced with Hypnotherapy).

Clients often say to me that they have no idea where their anxiety or panic attacks came from. It seems to come from out of the blue until you then begin to live in fear of the next one…and therein lies the problem!  But rest assured, this is a problem that can be treated and resolved even with the most severe of panic attacks.
